Rumisu scarves are limited-edition textiles with a lot of handmade elements;
-the illustrations are handmade,
-the edges are hand-rolled,
-the corner creatures are crocheted by hand.

As a result slight variations in pattern, size, and hemming should be expected.

Due to the extremely fragile nature of the weaving of Rumisu's wool & cotton qualities, these products require special care and attention.


You are welcome to return every purchase within 10 days, and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded.

Please send us an email (hello@rumisu.com) with name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned, as this will help us to understand if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.

You will be receiving an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.

The product must be returned unused, re-saleable, in perfect condition in its original packaging.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer , which will be refunded if the return is due to an accepted complaint. Therefore we kindly ask our customers to include the shipping receipt in the return package.

The item is customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as USPS Priority Mail, DHL or UPS or FedEx.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will be contacting you and once the complaint is accepted, the amount of purchase will be transferred to the same account as used during purchase.


Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of item's receipt, and following the same steps & principles outlined in the returns section. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.


We are based in Istanbul and to celebrate the renewal of our e-store we decided to waive local shipping charges for a while. So, right now your shipping within Turkey is on us. Enjoy!

We offer free international shipping with our National Post, which also provides insurance. Please note that with this service most packages arrive at their destination in 1-4 weeks, however times may vary.
We also offer to ship our international orders via DHL Express Saver Service. This service offers tracking and takes approximately 3-5 business days in transit to most countries.

Please note that International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Rumisu nor are they set by Rumisu, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international
postal regulations.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle. We absolutely love what we do and will not engage in any practices that would jeopardize our ability to continue doing what we love. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

Residents of the Turkish Republic will automatically be charged a 8% sales tax.
International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
