You are welcome to return every purchase within 10 days.
Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned, as this will help us to understand if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.
You will be receiving an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.
The product must be returned unused, re-saleable, in perfect condition.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. Therefore we kindly ask our customers to include the shipping receipt in the return package.
The item is customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as USPS Priority Mail, DHL or UPS or FedEx.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will be contacting you and once the complaint is accepted, the amount of purchase will be transferred to the same account as used during purchase.
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of item's receipt, and following the same steps & principles outlined in the returns section. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
